(250819) -- OICHA, Aug. 19, 2025 (Xinhua) -- A man cleans the debris at the town of Oicha in Beni territory of North Kivu Province, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), on Aug. 17, 2025. According to local and military authorities, more than 50 civilians were killed between Thursday and Sunday in a series of attacks blamed on the ADF rebels in the Lubero and Beni territories of North Kivu.
