Washington DC [US], January 29 (ANI): Rapper Nicki Minaj has declared herself the 'No 1 fan' of US President Donald Trump.
Speaking at the 'Trump Accounts Summit' in Washington DC on Wednesday, Nicki Minaj doubled down on her persistent support for Trump, stating that the US President has been 'bullied and smeared'.
'I don't know what to say, but I will say that I am probably the president's No. 1 fan. And that's not going to change. And the hate, or what people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more. And it's gonna motivate all of us to support him more,' Minaj said at the summit, as quoted by The Hollywood Reporter.

Showcasing her strong rapport with Trump, she added, 'We're not going to let them get away with bullying him, and the smear campaigns, it's not going to work, OK? He has a lot of force behind him, and God is protecting him.'
The US President also heaped praise on Nicki Minaj and said, 'She is the greatest and the most successful female rapper in history,' he added.
This came roughly a month after the rapper made a surprise appearance at Turning Point USA's AmericaFest conference in December last year. In an interview, she led extensive praise for the Trump administration.
'I have the utmost respect and admiration for our president. I don't know if he even knows this, but he's given so many people hope,' she said.
In another instance, she commended Trump over threats to take military action against Nigeria over the country's alleged persecution of Christians. (ANI)
